Conditions of use of the eurek.org website

1. Purpose and acceptance

These conditions govern the use of the eurek.org website (hereinafter, the «Website»), owned by EUREK Technology, S.L. (Tax ID B66626953), whose full details appear in the Legal Notice. Accessing and using the Website implies full acceptance of these conditions; if you do not agree with them, you must not use it.

2. Conditions of access and use

The user undertakes to make lawful, diligent and appropriate use of the Website and its content, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and these conditions. In particular, the user undertakes not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful or harmful purposes, or purposes that damage the rights and interests of third parties.
  • Introduce or spread viruses or any other element that could damage systems, equipment or documents.

EUREK Technology, S.L. reserves the right to moderate, edit or remove content that is inappropriate, offensive or contrary to these conditions, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals that apply under the law.
