Information on the processing of personal data — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD)
At EUREK Technology, S.L. we are committed to protecting your privacy and to processing your personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently. In this policy we explain what data we process, for what purpose, on what legal basis, with whom we share it and what rights you have.

2. Data we process, purposes and legal basis

3. Retention period
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, thereafter, for the legally required periods. Contact and newsletter data will be kept until you request cancellation or withdraw your consent. CVs will be kept for a maximum of one year for future recruitment processes, unless you indicate otherwise.
4. Recipients and data processors
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. To provide our services we work with suppliers acting as data processors who may have access to personal data, with whom we have signed the corresponding contracts:
- Web hosting and infrastructure: Namecheap, Hostinger, Ultahost, FastComet, InMotion Hosting, KnownHost and OVH.
- Content delivery and security (CDN): Cloudflare.
- Email and office suite: Microsoft 365.
- Customer and internal process management (CRM/ERP): Odoo.
- Analytics and advertising: Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Maps) and Meta (Meta/Facebook Pixel).
- Third-party embedded content: YouTube, Vimeo and OpenStreetMap.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). In such cases, transfers are carried out with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider’s adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, as well as withdraw the consent given, by writing to [email protected], indicating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of an identity document. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk and to protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access.
8. Minors
This website is not directed at children under 14 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of their parents or guardians.
